Family Court Tyranny

So many ‘outside’ and ‘neutral’ court professionals are actually part of the inner circle of Family Court Judges.  It doesn’t take much to reveal the inherent bias to please the judge, so that you continue to receive their appointments in future cases.

Even with irrefutable evidence, Family Court Judges choose to look the other way when child s*xual abuse is alleged.  Instead, they persecute the mother, and she becomes the one on trial.

It’s common sense that we should protect women and children from gun violence in the home. But that rule doesn’t apply if you’re in Family Court - where you must force your children into dangerous situations and you cannot challenge it. Afterall, it’s their father.

No matter what corner of the world you look, family courts do not believe women when they report abuse. Instead, they are put on trial for a myriad of mothering charges giving the abuser exactly what he desires: power and control.

Family Courts ignore evidence of domestic abuse and child abuse. In fact, attorneys advise women not to mention it at all. The lack of trauma-informed professionals in these courts has serious, detrimental consequences to abuse victims.

Attorneys coerce women into pre-determined outcomes decided by the court. Most women settle for the ‘deal’ believing the attorney’s threat - that they’ll get even less custody if they go to trial or don’t agree to the verbal agreement being presented.

Women are not exaggerating when they say that men are manipulating and weaponizing the family courts against them. This costs taxpayer dollars, destroys women’s lives and causes lifelong trauma to the children.

Men are jealous of the deep bond between children and their mothers, so they attempt to sabotage and sever that bond in order to hurt the women who leave them.

Women are shut out from access to the “joint” marital funds immediately upon separation. They are then expected to spend limitless amounts of money defending themselves against an onslaught of legal attacks, by the man who is holding all of her assets.

The burden of proof in family courts lies on women proving their innocence against false claims, rather than on fathers providing evidence. A man's word seems to be all that's required.
