Mother Punished for Child's Non-Compliance

I had a status hearing in September. My ex filed a contempt motion because the kids have refused the last five times to get out of my vehicle at exchanges.

The doctor, therapist, police, and now a clinical psychologist (who has stated it is child abuse to pull a child out of the vehicle) have all said it would be more traumatic to pull them out. The judge without knowing anything but the false allegations in the contempt filed, very sternly said “if you don't pull your children out of the car, crying or not, then you will go to jail and he will get full custody and you will have to schedule visits and see how that feels.”

The judge was unaware visits have become unsupervised and stated the children needed to be in therapy which they already are, even though the dad would not consent.
