Mothering Policed by Family Court

If I had custody again, I could call up the doctor and get the creams and antibiotics my children need easily and quickly.  Instead, I have to negotiate for weeks at a time, threaten, cajole, and nag while the children live in discomfort, until he finally relents and makes a doctor's appointment.

Some people will tell you to take this "evidence" to court, but guess what? The court does not care. Nope, you will be labeled a hysterical mother, a trouble maker, and a liar. You'll be accused of stirring up drama, and being uncooperative.

Not only won't you be able to help your children, you'll get punished with contempt, reduced time, and possibly supervised visits. The Court just doesn't care about neglected or abused children. You're basically on your own here.

"Best interest of the child" feels like satirical virtue signaling, doesn't it?
