I have documentation and witnesses to back up every detail of this story. I just need someone brave enough to help me tell it.

First, I must urge everyone to avoid Arapahoe County, Colorado. The corruption in how they handle these situations has been going on for years, even before I moved here. Every attorney I’ve consulted says they “float above the law.” I’m now part of a class-action lawsuit against the county, but that will never make things right. They destroyed so much for me, my Ex, my 2 stepsons, one stepson’s dad, and my wife. This nightmare led to my ex-wife’s death, left one stepson in an abusive environment with a poor education, and gave the other severe separation anxiety. My wife resents the damage to her son.

On February 4th, 2021, we were moving into our dream home. That day, we took both stepsons to see it, and we were all so excited. Just a few hours later, one was taken by DHS, based on false accusations from my ex-wife’s abusive family. Despite having all the documents and evidence showing he was thriving with us, he was placed in foster care. Then, my ex-wife’s son was taken too, based on lies, though thankfully that was eventually resolved.

It’s been almost two years, and one stepson remains with my Ex’s abusive family. My ex-wife (his mom) passed away, and he missed his final years with her. His story must be told, and he deserves to come home.
