So many ‘outside’ and ‘neutral’ court professionals are actually part of the inner circle of Family Court Judges.  It doesn’t take much to reveal the inherent bias to please the judge, so that you continue to receive their appointments in future cases.

My son was ripped away from me even though I proved, pro se, that my child family investigator, Mark Kilmer, who is now banned from ever working in family court, was biased in my case. 

The judge and my ex’s attorney also had connections outside of the court favoring military members.
