Judges use the phrase "In the best interest of the child" as a cloak to assert their power. In reality, they don't care at all about the children and rarely want to hear from them.

I have been dealing with Judge Steinberg in Brooklyn Family Court in Kings County for just over a year now. 

I must say they state "Family court is for the best interest of the child".  I'm afraid to say, that's a lie!!  I've stated multiple times that I fear for the safety of my child. I also stated my child's side of the family does not comply with the rules the judge states, and they don’t seem to be held accountable for not obeying. 

By prolonging this court case and not taking the correct actions, the abuse still continues to happen behind closed doors. 

This judge must be held accountable for her actions and must be removed from this case. I can only imagine how many other innocent people she has done this too.
