Jilian was brutally murdered along with her acquaintance, Veronica Butler, on route to a custody exchange. Jilian was acting as Veronica’s court-ordered supervisor for the children on the journey from Kansas to Oklahoma. Jilian was an innocent bystander in this double-murder but still is classed as a victim of this failed system. Five people have been arrested in this developing case. Jilian leaves behind her husband and 4 children.
