My ex was abusive, suicidal, and violent. He would become aggressive while holding our daughter, and so I had to remove him from our lives when she was just a few months old. 

When my daughter would return home from seeing him, she would be crying and in pain, showing signs of sexual abuse. 

Social services advised me to stop contact and seek professional supervision, but during an emergency hearing, the judge ordered me to return my daughter to him. 

Despite her fear, and his later admission of abuse, the judge awarded him custody. He falsely accused me of Munchausen by proxy, and I endured years of stalking, harassment, and damage to my property, which the police ignored. 

The court system was weaponized to torture us, and I was separated from my daughter for over 15 months. During this time, I was ordered to undergo several psychiatric assessments, and even though the psychiatrist confirmed that I had no mental health issues, I was forced into supervised contact,  based on false claims from CAF-CASS. 

I pay £150 for two hours of contact every two weeks, while my ex’s abuses go unpunished. The family court has enabled corruption, violating our human rights. The judge’s unchecked power has led to repeated crimes against us.
