::Trigger Warning::  Even with irrefutable evidence, Family Court Judges choose to look the other way when child s*xual abuse is alleged.  Instead, they persecute the mother, and she becomes the one on trial.   A brave momma from Pennsylvania shares her story.

Following 2 years of police reports, CYF investigations, 4 forensic interviews all disclosing sexual abuse by father (and paternal grandmother), observations from 2 separate court-ordered supervisors illustrating the same concerning games and behaviors by children in the presence of their father, children’s physical manifestations of trauma including bedwetting and chronic masturbation (resulting in self-harm), and a final custody order that included supervised visitation only and an evaluation for sexual trauma by JJPI, the judge signed an order awarding unsupervised 50/50 custody (including overnights). 

The Judge assured punishment of the mother for non-compliance with fees and jailtime. Judge alleged the girls were coached - though all mental health professionals who directly evaluated the children deemed that coaching allegation by father to be false. 

The Judge stated “It’s the vagina monologues every day” and “We need to move forward and stop talking about it before these girls are afraid to ever touch a man in their life”.
