There are so many 'childless' mothers who had their children courtnapped by the system. Family courts are weaponized against loving mothers, to erase them from their children's lives.

I am a protective mom and advocate. Similar to other protective moms my personal story is complex.

I have 3 children and have been in court since 2007. My oldest two were 3 and 4-years-old at the time. They are now 18 and 20. My youngest is 14 and has different father, but both men utilized the corrupt North Carolina family court industry to "kidnap" my children and torture us all.   In North Carolina, once a woman has a child with a man, he owns them and there is no way out. 

These men utilized every resource to keep us apart. Including the resources that are intended to "protect" women and children. My youngest and I have had a "no-contact" order since she was 4 years old - we have had no contact in over 10 years because of the crimes perpetrated by these men at the hands of these courts and every agency and organization that assists them, including the public school system. 

My son ran away to live with me 2-years ago when he was 16 - he was in the worst mental and physical health. He speaks out - but there has been zero recourse for us. 

Everyone needs to know, these courts are not a place for justice. All agencies and resources that are utilized through these courts, create further harms and, many times, death to our most vulnerable. 

I have tried to see my youngest over the years, only to be further harmed.
