Theresa was shot and killed by her estranged husband, in front of their 8-year old daughter at a shopping mall. She had filed an Ex Parte petition for an order of protection on December 8th, which was granted for 1 year on December 20th with “Firearms provision invoked.” In court, he denied the allegations of abuse. He was prohibited from contacting Tita beginning on December 22, the day he murdered her, and later killed himself.
Theresa was a social media influencer with over 20,000 followers, but her profile has now been removed. She leaves behind 3 children and 2 step-children.
